Customizing Your Members Area

Authentication as a Service allows you to easily embed powerful authentication options directly onto any page on your site, providing the exact same premium experience as the main Bread and Butter login portal.

You can deploy the Members Area to any page by simply adding a quick shortcode. Follow these easy steps:

Step 1: Access Your Page Editor Find the specific page or post where you want the Members Area to appear, and open it in Edit mode within WordPress.

Step 2: Position Your Cursor Place your cursor exactly where you want the authentication block to live on the page.

Step 3: Add the Shortcode Block Click the Toggle block inserter button, then search for and select Shortcode.

Step 4: Enter the Shortcode Inside the shortcode block, you will need to enter the specific Bread and Butter command. Type an open bracket, the word breadbutter, the standard minus symbol, the word signin, and a close bracket.

Note on Routing: The Members Area will completely inherit your global or page specific settings. For example, if you have set the Destination URL to the current page in your main Setup panel, users who successfully authenticate will be seamlessly returned to the exact same page.
