Company Intelligence report
Who this is for: salespeople working an account, and marketers who want to know when a company, not just a person, is looking at them.
What you'll learn: what the Company Intelligence report shows, who is in it and how they're matched, how to run it in your AI assistant, and how it fits with the Intelligence Brief report.
Big purchases are rarely made by one person. When two or three people from the same company are reading your website, that's the signal worth acting on, and it's easy to miss when each one arrives as a separate lead. The Company Intelligence report brings everyone from one company together on one page, with what they did on your website and what research found about the company.

In short: The Company Intelligence report is a ready-made report your AI assistant builds for one company. Name a company by name, website or company link, and your assistant puts together everyone from that company who raised a hand on your website, what they did together, and what research found about the company: what it does, its size and industry, its LinkedIn page, recent news, other employees research found, its social accounts and similar companies. Each person links to their profile in Bread & Butter. Run it before a meeting with the account, or whenever a second person from the same company raises a hand. Owners, Administrators, Marketers and Sales can run it.
What the report answers
Who from this company has been on our website? Every person from the company who raised a hand, with their role, lead stage, Focused Score and visits.
What are they looking at together? Their combined visits, the pages they read, and when each of them came.
Who is this company? What it does, its size, industry and location, when it was founded, and what's new there.
Who else should we know there? Other employees research found, even if they've never visited.
What's in it
The company. Its name, industry and location, its website, size and the year it was founded, how many of its people raised a hand, and their visits together: the first and latest visit and the top Focused Score among them.

What's interesting. The most useful thing to know about the company right now, in a bold headline and a sentence or two.
People from this company on your website. Everyone from the company who raised a hand, each linked to their profile, with their role, lead stage, Focused Score and visits, and how they were matched to the company.

A sample report for a fictional company. Your report uses your own leads and research.
Their activity on your website. What they read together and when.
General information, company summary and key insights. What the company does, in a few lines, and what stands out about it.
LinkedIn profile, business highlights and news. The company's LinkedIn page and what's new: offices, hires, funding, launches.
Employees found by research. Other people at the company that research found. They're listed, not linked, because they haven't visited your website.
Social accounts and similar companies. Where the company is on social media, and companies like it.
A section with nothing to show is left out. When the company research is still running, the report says so.
Every card ends with Try this next in your AI assistant, a question chosen from what that card shows, with a button to copy it.
Who is in it
Only people who raised a hand. Each one is matched to the company by their work email address or by the company in their researched profile, and the report says which. A personal address, such as Gmail or Outlook, never matches by itself, so someone using one is matched only through their researched profile.
The report never matches a company from an IP address, never counts or describes visitors who haven't raised a hand, and never names anyone removed through the Privacy Manager.
How it fits with the Intelligence Brief report
Company Intelligence is about the company: everyone from it, together.
The Intelligence Brief report is about one person. From any person in Company Intelligence, ask for their Intelligence Brief, for example "Build the Intelligence Brief for Marcus Reyes." See Intelligence Brief report.
How to run it
Connect your AI assistant to Bread & Butter first. See Bread & Butter MCP server connections.
Ask for it with the company's name, website or company link:
- "Run my Bread & Butter Company Intelligence report for Northgable Realty."
- "Who from northgablerealty.com has been on our website?"
- "Tell me about this account before my call: Northgable Realty."
If more than one company matches, your assistant shows you a short list (name, website, number of people) and asks which one before it builds anything.
It's about one company, so it's never part of "Run all my Bread & Butter reports" or the Reports email.
More than one account. If you can reach several Bread & Butter accounts, name the one you want. If you don't, your assistant asks which one first.
Each run uses credits. See How do Credits work across storage, syncing, and profile enrichment?
Privacy
The report follows the same rules as the profile pages in Bread & Butter. You only get it for accounts you can open, email addresses and phone numbers follow your role's access, and it never shows an IP address. Accounting users can't run it.
What it needs
Bread & Butter installed on your website, and at least one person from the company who has raised a hand. The research sections fill in once Profile Enrichment has researched the company. See What is Profile Enrichment, and what does it find?
