Maximize Your Success: Book a White Glove Support Session
A white glove support session is a dedicated one on one meeting with a Bread & Butter product specialist, held in a virtual meeting room and built entirely around your account. It is not a demo and it is not a webinar. The specialist works inside your setup with you, on your screen, and the aim is that things are actually different by the time the call ends. Whether you are part way through your installation or you are a long-standing user trying to lift your conversion rate, you can book one.
In short: A white glove session is a one on one working call with a product specialist who goes through your own account with you, checks that your tracking code is collecting what you think it is collecting, and turns the features you are not yet using into a short, concrete plan; bring administrative access to your website platform, to any CRM or marketing tools you want connected, to Google Ads if you want cost per lead tracking, and a clear idea of the metrics that matter to you, and you will leave with changes already made and a list of next steps. Book a time at talk to a specialist.
What happens in the session
The session is a working call rather than a presentation, so most of the time is spent making changes rather than describing them. A typical hour moves through four things, in roughly this order.
Your installation gets verified
The specialist confirms that your tracking code is live, that it is the code from Settings, then App and Domains, and that it is present on every property you own rather than only your main site. This is the step that catches the quiet problems, most often a subdomain that was never covered, or the same code delivered twice by two different methods.
Your data gets read back to you
Together you look at what the account is already showing: your Focused visitors, your Focused Ratio against the Focused Index, the Focused Tab and the Nurture Action Queue. The point is to make sure you are reading the numbers the way they were meant to be read before you start making decisions from them.
Your capture gets tuned
This is where most of the value sits for teams who are already live. Depending on what you need, the conversation covers Form Boosters to take friction out of forms you already run, Content Gates on your premium assets, gating your booking calendar so the highest-intent click arrives as a named lead, and the filtering rules that decide what is allowed to reach your CRM and what stays in Bread & Butter. If unverified addresses and junk submissions are your problem, this is where that gets addressed.
Your integrations get connected
If you want Bread & Butter writing into HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or a webhook of your own, the specialist sets it up on the call, which is why credentials matter so much. The same applies to Google Ads, which is what makes automated cost per lead tracking possible in the Attribution Report.
You do not have to cover all four. If you want the whole session spent on attribution reporting, or entirely on a single stubborn installation, say so at the start and the specialist will run it that way.
What to have ready beforehand
The difference between a session that ends in a plan and a session that ends in finished work is nearly always preparation. To make changes live on the call, have this in front of you before it starts.
- Administrative access to your website. Whatever you use to publish, WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, a custom build or your hosting control panel, open your admin for it ahead of time so you are not hunting for a password while the clock runs.
- Platform credentials. Access to any CRM or marketing tool you want connected. If those credentials sit with an operations or IT colleague, invite that colleague to the call.
- Advertising accounts. If you want automated cost per lead tracking, have your Google Ads access available. Only Google Ads is connectable today; LinkedIn, Meta and Reddit are coming soon.
- Defined goals. Come with the two or three numbers your team is actually judged on. A specialist can configure almost anything, but they can only prioritize well if they know what you are trying to move.
- Your list of properties. A quick note of every domain and subdomain you run, including documentation, stores, careers pages and campaign microsites. This is the fastest way to find gaps in coverage.
If you cannot get all of it together in time, book anyway. A session spent diagnosing and planning is still worth having, and nothing stops you booking a second one once the access is sorted.
What you walk away with
Three things, in practice.
The first is certainty about your data. You will know whether your tracking code is where it needs to be, whether your journeys are stitching across your properties into one profile per person, and whether the numbers on your dashboard mean what you assumed they meant. That matters because every decision you make later rests on it.
The second is work already done. Integrations connected, filtering rules set, a gate or a booster configured on a real page. These are changes that exist in your account when the call ends, not homework.
The third is a short, prioritized plan. Not a list of every feature we sell, but the handful of moves that fit your goals, in the order that makes sense for your team. Most customers leave with three or four items rather than twenty.
How to book
Choose a date and time that suits you at talk to a specialist. Once the booking is made you will receive a confirmation email with a link to the virtual meeting room.
Bring anyone who will be affected. A session with the marketer, the person who owns the website and the person who owns the CRM all present tends to achieve in one hour what three separate conversations achieve in a month. If your setup spans several domains, a CRM connection and a set of existing forms, that combined call is the version to book.
