This release delivers deep-dive analytics with new Campaign & Keyword drill-downs, introduces a Webhook integration, and implements rigorous email validation to ensure your data is cleaner than ever.

Web App

New Features

Conversion Report Drill-Downs

We have significantly enhanced the granular data available in the Conversion Report.

  • Campaign & Keyword Depth: You can now drill down two levels deeper into your "Paid" and "Email" sources. Click a source to see the UTM Campaign, and click a campaign to see the UTM Keywords.
  • Metrics at Every Level: Conversion counts, deltas, and performance percentages are calculated and displayed for every specific campaign and keyword.

Webhook Integration

  • New Integration Type: You can now create Webhook integrations in the Automation section.
  • Trigger Action: Added a "Trigger Webhook" rule action, allowing you to send user data to any custom endpoint (similar to our Zapier integration) when specific events occur.

Accounts Page Redesign

  • Modern UI: The Accounts page has been redesigned with a cleaner layout, separating the "App List" and "Add New Account" into two distinct tabs.
  • Better Metadata: The list now includes the App ID and Creation Date for easier management.

Improvements

Dashboard & Data Visualization

  • "Focused" by Default: When loading the Dashboard, the view now defaults to the Focused tab (instead of All Visitors). This ensures you immediately see your most relevant leads.
  • "New Data" Alerts on Reports: The Reports page now automatically checks for new data every 30 minutes and displays a "New Data" button (similar to the Dashboard) so you can refresh without reloading the page.
  • Map Zoom: When viewing the Map, the view now automatically zooms to the maximum level that fits all user pins, rather than showing a zoomed-out global view.
  • User Journey Updates: Renamed "Sessions" to "Visits" in the user journey timeline for clarity.

Tool Organization & Naming

We have updated tool names and locations to be more descriptive:

  • "Continue with" Opt-in: Renamed from "'Continue with' tool" and moved to the top of the Tools list.
  • Subscribe / Newsletter: Renamed from "Newsletter Opt-in".
  • Contact Us: Renamed to "'Contact Us' tool - Connect with a real person".
  • Conversion Methods UI: The configuration section for enabling Email vs. Social Login has been redesigned with clear checkmarks indicating which data points (First/Last Name) are collected by each method.

Nurture & Profile Insights

  • Inline Highlights: "Profile Highlights" and "Company Highlights" on the Nurture page now display inline (expanded) rather than requiring a hover.
    • Smart Truncation: If the list is long, it shows the top 5 highlights with a "View X more" expansion link.
  • Trial Restrictions: For apps on the Free Plan with an expired trial, deep profile data (Role, Employee count, News releases) is now blurred in the Nurture Delivery slip, prompting an upgrade to unlock full insights.
  • Invalid Email Visuals: Users with invalid email addresses now display with a yellow background in lists to distinguish them from verified users.

Bug Fixes

  • Filter Logic: Fixed an issue where applying a Referrer filter would accidentally remove the Focused filter condition.

    Dashboard Events: The Dashboard now only displays Custom Event tabs that are set to enabled: true     .

    Nurture Sends:

    • Fixed an issue where the "Send Test" button would trigger a real email if the user had already received a message recently.
    • Resolved a crash when clicking on a "Sent Item" immediately after page load.
  • Draft CTAs: Fixed a bug where creating a new draft would sometimes set the Call-To-Action (CTA) to "None" instead of defaulting to the user's first available CTA.

Backend & Data (API)

New Features

Email Validation

  • Real-time Validation: We now validate email addresses in real-time during the identification process.
  • Blocking Invalid Data: If a user attempts to sign up with a fake or invalid email address via our tools, the system now returns an error to the client (allowing them to correct it) and does not create an invalid user record in the dashboard.
  • Stats: We now track the count of fake addresses submitted vs. corrected real addresses.

HubSpot Integration (Backend)

  • Infrastructure: Added backend support for the HubSpot integration, including authentication flows and field mapping capabilities similar to Salesforce and Pipedrive.

Mutual Connections

  • Network Graph: Updated the UserProfile structure to track Mutual Connections. The system can now identify shared connections between your Admin users and your website visitors (via LinkedIn data).

Improvements

  • Conversion Reporting Logic:
    • Subdomain combination: Specific sources with different subdomains (e.g., www.google.com      and m.google.com     ) are now combined into a single source entry to declutter reports.
    • Zero-Conversion Ads: The Conversion Report now returns all specific Ad sources, even those with 0 conversions, giving you visibility into ad spend that isn't performing.
  • Lead Status Backfill: Ran a comprehensive backfill to ensure all historically identified/verified users are correctly assigned the "Conversion" lead status (Rank 3).
  • Focused Filter: Updated the "Focused" filter logic to ensure it returns ALL converted users (Identified/Verified) regardless of their lead score.

Bug Fixes

  • Lead Status Duplication: Fixed a bug where Lead Statuses were being duplicated for every app.
  • Lead Score 0: Investigated and resolved edge cases where users were appearing with a Lead Score of 0.

WordPress Plugin (WPP)

Security & Stability

  • Security Update: Addressed specific security vulnerabilities flagged by the WordPress Plugin team.
  • Image Uploader: Fixed an issue where the image uploader for Content Gate, Opt-in, and Contact Us tools stopped working following the security patch.

Improvements

  • Contact Us Redesign: The Contact Us tool page has been updated to match our new design system, including a new image selector.
  • Consistent Configuration: We added the "Conversion Methods" configuration section (allowing you to toggle Email vs. Social options) to the Opt-in, Contact Us, and Continue with settings pages.
  • Decoupled Settings: Enabling "Continue with" for all pages no longer automatically enables the "Subscriber Profile" tool for all pages; they now act independently.

JavaScript Library (JSL) & Conversion Widgets

New Features

Contact Us Icon Library

  • More Options: Added a new set of default images/icons for the Contact Us tool, giving you more stylistic choices out of the box.

Improvements

  • Invalid Email UI: Updated the error message display when a user enters an invalid email address. It now provides a clearer, more user-friendly visual prompt to correct the address.
