How does Real-Time Email Verification work?

It runs automatically in the background to maintain data integrity.

Whenever a visitor submits an email address through any of your connected forms, Bread & Butter instantly validates it against our verification engine. We check for:

  • Bot-generated emails
  • Obvious fakes (e.g., test@test.com)
  • Spam domains and low-quality providers

What happens if an email fails the check?

  1. Flagged & Filtered: The contact is immediately flagged as "Invalid" in your dashboard.
  2. Quarantined: It is excluded from your "Conversions" and "Focused" tabs to ensure your sales team focuses only on valid leads.
  3. Blocked from CRM: The invalid data is not synced to your CRM or email marketing tool, protecting your sender reputation and bounce rates.
