Release Notes v9.5

Version 9.5 is a catch-up release covering everything shipped since v9.0. It's a large one, and the theme running through it is trust in what you're looking at: richer company data, identity research that corroborates rather than guesses, faster dashboards on large accounts, and a new visual language across the whole app.

Four things stand out. AI Compute Credits are now live end to end, so you can see exactly what enrichment is costing you and top up when you need to. Company and identity research returns considerably more detail and no longer fills a profile from a single unverified match. The new design system has rolled out across the Web App, replacing the old dialogs, menus, tooltips, and charts with a consistent set of components. And the mobile app went through a full refresh, taking it from v2.0 to v2.2.

Major Feature Highlights

AI Compute Credits

A complete credit system for AI enrichment. Your plan includes a monthly allowance, the usage meter in Account Detail shows exactly what you've consumed this period, and when you need more, the Add-on dialog recommends a quantity based on your actual usage rather than making you guess. Credits and add-ons are now fully wired through billing.

Better company and identity research

Company lookups now return considerably more detail, including fields sourced from LinkedIn. Where one source comes up short, research builds a corroborated identity across several and records how confident it is, rather than accepting a single unverified match or handing back a blank profile. Profiles also show clearly when research is still queued, instead of appearing empty.

The Intelligence Brief

Each engaged lead now gets a structured brief pulling together who they are, what they've looked at, and what it means, in one place.

A new design across the Web App

The left menu, header app picker, Insights tab, Focused Index page, Account Detail, Plan Update dialog, tooltips, popovers and alert colours have all moved to the new design system. The app should feel more consistent from screen to screen, and stop shifting around as it loads.

The mobile app, refreshed

Three releases took the app from v2.0 to v2.2. Every tab was reworked: a rebuilt Home list, a Lead Stage picker on Summary, a collapsible Journey Summary over the full session list, and a Nurture flow that now sends with a cancellable countdown and moves you straight to the next draft. New Take generates in the background, so you can carry on working while it writes.

Web App

New Features & Enhancements

  • Export list to CSV: You can now export your Engaged Leads straight from the Dashboard as a simple list of first name, last name, and email address.
  • Why Your Score Looks This Way: A new Insights section explaining what's actually driving your Focused Ratio, instead of just showing you the number.
  • Profile page restructure: Profile and Page Views have been split out of the expanded user tile into their own space, so a full profile no longer buries the journey underneath it.
  • New left menu, header, and app picker: Rebuilt to the new design, with plan and expiry information now visible directly in the app dropdown, and a wider dropdown so longer app names fit.
  • Insights tab redesign: A new layout for the Nurture section and the pie charts, with charts now drawing their colours from your own event colours so they match the badges you see everywhere else. The trend line has been smoothed so a single busy day no longer distorts the shape, range labels are clearer, and there are proper states for an account that is still gathering data or not yet set up.
  • Focused Index redesign: The page has been rebuilt to the new design, including a clearer learning state. Your Focused Ratio needs a couple of weeks of traffic before it means anything, so instead of showing an empty or misleading number the page now says plainly that it is still learning and how many days remain.
  • Account Detail redesign: New dialog design, a Recommended Add-ons section, clearer Next Billing Date, and a Billing tab that behaves sensibly for team members without billing access.
  • Plan Update dialog: Rebuilt to the new design, with upgrade and downgrade confirmation steps added to Billing.
  • Tooltips and information icons: Every information icon in the app has been replaced with the new popover design, and hovers standardized alongside them.
  • Custom Domain, phase 3: The full UI for enabling a custom domain is now in place.
  • Company summary: Social account icons now appear on company information.
  • Queued research state: Profiles now show clearly when research is queued rather than appearing empty.
  • Clearer plan messaging: The trial-expired notice no longer lingers more than 30 days past expiry, the Focused tab shows a proper upgrade prompt instead of empty results, and role and LinkedIn details are no longer blurred for expired trials. Paywall and "AI enrichment paused" copy has been rewritten to make clear that lead capture and tracking keep running.
  • Left nav upgrade box: A clearer route to upgrading from anywhere in the app.
  • Won/Closed tab, now conditional: The Won/Closed tab in Opportunities and Attribution used to be hard-coded and always visible, even on accounts that had never marked a deal at that stage. It now appears once you mark your first profile as Won/Closed. The stage itself is unchanged, and still powers the Ideal Customer Profile algorithm.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed the map briefly showing zero results while loading.

API & Backend Core

New Features & Enhancements

  • AI Compute Credit system: Full backend for allowances, consumption, tranches, and add-on plans, including an estimator engine that sizes a recommended add-on from real usage.
  • Richer company lookups: More detailed company information, including LinkedIn-sourced fields.
  • Corroborated identity matching: Where a single source misses, research now builds an identity bridge across sources and records an explicit confidence level rather than returning a blank profile.
  • Research diagnostics: The reason a field was rejected during research is now recorded, so bad data can be traced rather than silently discarded.
  • Company data from the profile summary: When research identifies a company by name, we now run the company lookup against it even where there is no company domain to work from, so Company Summary populates on far more profiles.
  • Automated custom domain setup, with validation of proxy configuration.

Performance & Fixes

A sustained round of optimization work across the platform:

  • Map data queries fixed for accounts with very large visitor counts.
  • Page engagement and Web App calls optimized.
  • Slow request detection added across all APIs.
  • Fixed profile summaries using odd or inappropriate descriptions.

WordPress Plugin (WPP)

New Features & Enhancements

  • Reset to scratch: The App ID and Secret can now be removed, returning the plugin to an unconfigured state without a reinstall.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed the Cookie Consent screen incorrectly appearing on WordPress admin pages.

JavaScript Library (JSL)

New Features & Enhancements

  • Smaller download: CDN compression enabled and languages now load on demand, cutting the library's size.
  • Squarespace support: The library can now capture a buyer's email address after a Squarespace checkout completes, connecting the purchase to everything they did on the site beforehand.
  • Additional form support: Coverage extended to more third-party and custom form implementations.

Mobile App

Three releases since v9.0, taking the app from v2.0 to v2.2.

v2.0 — a full refresh

  • Home: a black/grey pill slider, contact local time on Recently Active rows, email subject shown on Action Queue rows, an end-of-list footer, and proper empty states for both lists.
  • Summary tab: a Lead Stage bar with an eight-option stage picker, sticky section headers, company social icons, and "In the News" renamed to Recent News.
  • User Journey tab: a collapsible Journey Summary sitting over the full session list, no longer paginated.
  • Nurture tab: first-run swipe hints, a three-second cancellable Send Now countdown with swipe-up to send immediately, and a warning if the lead was messaged in the last three days.
  • After sending: the app advances straight to the next draft with a "Sent to X · Next up" toast.
  • New Take: now opens a CTA picker first, generates in the background so you can navigate away, and drops the finished draft at the top of the queue.

v2.1 and v2.2

  • Trial Expired content added to the app.
  • Exit Destination events got a clearer label and colour.
